Trying to Understand why Obama was never Impeached?

Irrational “Useful Idiots” (with no clue about the electoral process AND NO MORAL COMPASS) are trying to get Trump Impeached.

which-wayI didn’t write this but it puts this insane “impeachment” effort into perspective.

So you think Trump needs impeached?

1. You said nothing when Obama used drone strikes to execute people abroad.
2. You said nothing about Russia for 50 years until Trump was inaugurated.
3. You said nothing about Hillary’s campaign manager’s brother being paid $175,000 to lift U.S. sanctions on Russia.
4. You said nothing when Obama engaged in military interventionism in Libya without Congressional approval.
5. You said nothing Obama greatly expanded presidential power through the use of Executive Orders.
6. You said nothing when Obama filled his White House with lobbyists after he said he wouldn’t.
7. You said nothing when Obama gave 47 of his fundraisers Administration jobs.
8. You said nothing about the murders and rapes at the hands of illegal immigrants.
9. You said nothing when Hillary’s net worth rose over $100 million as Secretary of State, in part, because her husband took money from foreign governments.
10. You said nothing after Obama’s net worth rose over $10 million as President.
11. You said nothing when Obama’s Justice Dept. wiretapped/surveilled reporters such as James Rosen and the AP.
12. You said nothing when Obama restricted immigration 6 times with Executive Orders.
13. You said nothing when Obama set a record for deportations.
14. You said nothing when Bill Clinton met Loretta Lynch on the airport tarmac during the Clinton investigation.
15. You said nothing when Hillary was fed debate questions.
16. You said nothing when Obama and Hillary lied about a video and Benghazi.
17. You said nothing when Obama’s IRS abused the rights of taxpayers.
18. You said nothing when Obama’s White House held meetings with lobbyists in coffee shops near White House to avoid disclosure requirements.
19. You said nothing when Eric Holder sold the guns you hate to criminals and some were used to kill Americans.
20. You said nothing when the Clinton’s took White House property.
21. You said nothing when Hillary laughed off defending a child-rapist.
22. You said nothing when Hillary lied about her private use of a private email server as Secretary of State.
23. You said nothing when Janet Reno, under Bill Clinton, used a tank to kill the Branch Dividians.
24. You said nothing when, on May 13, 1985, a bomb was dropped on a row house in Philadelphia to uproot the black liberation group known as Move, resulting in a fire that eventually burned down 61 houses, killed 11 people (including five children) and injured dozens.
25. You said nothing was Elian Gonzales was forcibly deported using guns.
26. You said nothing when George Soros paid protesters to burn parts of Ferguson.
27. You said nothing about states’ rights until Trump’s Executive orders on immigration.
28. You said nothing about Obama’s smoking.
29. You said nothing about the record numbers of people on government assistance.
30. You said nothing about the number of part time and low paying jobs under the Obama recovery.
31. You said nothing when Obama had SWAT teams raid a Gibson guitar factory and seize property, on the purported basis that Gibson had broken India’s environmental laws—but no charges were filed.
32. You said nothing when Obama claimed that the Fort Hood shooting was “workplace violence” rather than terrorism.
33. You said nothing about when Obama ended some terror asylum restrictions, by allowing asylum for people who provided only “insignificant” or “limited” material support of terrorists.
34. You said nothing when the national debt doubled under Obama.
35. You said nothing when 9 times the Supreme Court unanimously overturned Obama’s expansive use of Executive Power.
36. You said nothing when Obama dismissed charges filed by Bush Administration against New Black Panther Party members who were videotaped intimidating voters at a Philadelphia polling station during the 2008 election.
37. You said nothing when Obama released Guantanamo detainees were released and went back to kill Americans.
38. You said nothing when Obama unilaterally changed Congressional law by Executive Order.
39. You said nothing when Obama fired an inspector general after investigating an $850,000 AmeriCorps grant received by a nonprofit run by former NBA star and Obama supporter Kevin Johnson.
40. You said nothing about the 36 Obama’s executive office staffers that owed $833,970 in back taxes
41. You said nothing when Obama Killed four Americans overseas in counter-terrorism operations without a judicial process.

So if you are voicing your objections about three months of Trump, I’m sorry if we can’t hear you because you said nothing before.

Some of us have been fighting gov’t abuse of power for decades.

The rest of you have been wallowing in welfare, and losing that, is that what is your real concern?

We messed up. We are complicit. We failed to take action and bring this evil man to justice.  Is there still time?

Understanding too Big to Fail; Glass Steagall & the Volcker Rule

Always, it is the forgotten man who suffers when Big Banks are Dishonest

To Regulate or not to Regulate; that is the question . . .

robtheworld

Small Business (organized right)  employs more than all the high tech companies, more than Walmart, Ali Baba, and Amazon added up together. Wipe out the small businesses, each with two or three or twenty employees with BAD LEGISLATION and (like Obama) you destroy the smaller jobs that keep the economy afloat.

So how do we rate the new Trump, Treasury Secretary?

The only thing on which he is firm is that there will be no bank bailouts. Well good.

The Vocker rule? he kind of likes it. Does he favor Glass Steagall; maybe and maybe not?  Is he in bed with the big bankers? Looks like that but not necessarily so. This dissembling may not be a bad thing at all, at all.  We should give the man a chance. Now is not the time to rock the financial boat.

NOTE: GLASS STEAGALL WAS A CAMPAIGN PROMISE.  It was even written into the GOP platform.

To clarify, the Volcker rule puts limits on the ability of banks to bet with money entrusted to them by depositors.

Glass Steagall on the other hand. cleans up the confused identity in banking. It forces banks to be either an Investment Bank or a Commercial Bank.

An Investment Bank buys and sells bonds, stocks and other investments. They assist new companies to go public with their initial offering. (IPOs) When we think of Investment Banks we also think of market or economic liquidity. Investment Banks fulfill their purpose (contribution to the social contract) better with fewer regulations. They need  governed by common sense rules that are simple and clearly defined. Now after fifly years of confused identity, it is a hornet’s nest. For example, the rules governing derivatives badly need clarified, and overhauled. Derivatives have formed a banking bubble and we now have more “too big to fail banks” than we had in 2008.

Commercial Banks on the other hand act as managers for deposit accounts. They serve both individuals and small businesses.  In the ideal the money they take in is lent out to individuals and small businesses and the economy grows.  Because they deal with the little man, or small businesses that are somewhat frail, they demand more oversight.

In September 2016 we had the Wells Fargo scandal. The employees secretly created millions of unauthorized bank and credit card accounts — without their customers knowing it, they were charging them phony fees and making off like a banshee. Wells Fargo employees secretly opened unauthorized accounts to hit sales targets in order to receive bonuses. Commercial banks need oversight.

NOTE: Like 2008 when no banking executives were prosecuted, the Wells Fargo CEO resigned and walked away free of blame. Hello?

TBTFThe seeds for the 2008 crash were sown on Bill Clinton’s watch; an inept president and his greedy banking cronies who took advantage. The economy was turned around after the 2008 crash. It took taxpayer bailouts of both American and Foreign Banks. Obama and Bernanke saved the system, but failed to fix the problem. It is the “Mom & Pop” small business that trusts these banks.  It is also the “Mom & Pop” small business culture that fueled what economic Obama recovery there was. If these little businesses get wiped out in a banking crash, or by over-regulation, it would be a bad, sad day for America.

With this in mind the new government may look at being proactive and enacting Glass Steagall. It is also a way to break up the big banks that is fair. It simplifies things.

Note well: It was the crash of 2008 that brought on the income inequality that now puts our culture at risk.

A little background on Glass Steagall:

In the roaring twenties there was so much easy money in risky-investments that several big Wall Street banks began salivating. They then decided to pull the deposit money out of trusted accounts and use this money to speculate. It wasn’t their money and it wasn’t ethical, so it all went appetite over tin cup; bankers jumped out of high windows and America went a slipping and a sliding into a great Depression.

The Glass Steagall Act of 1933 is a set of good reforms that ushered in a crisis-free period in USA financial history. We should learn from our past mistakes.

1933 the evidence of banking corruption was irrefutable: After the then ethics investigation, it was found that BANKING & BROKERING WAS A POISONOUS MARRIAGE. This little story illustrates the point.

“Young Bobby has just turned thirteen and in honor of his teenage status Dad has decided to give him a weekly allowance.  Bobby is a born entrepreneur and he and his neighbor friend, Goldy owned a lemonade stand (this was in the days before bureaucrats made this kind of endeavor illegal)

Goldy like Bobby, was also a producer and although young, she had a knack with food and drinks. Their little corner business was popular for the word had gotten around that stopping there was well worth the wait. So it came to be that Bobby had not only his allowance but also his profits. What to do with all the extra money?Bobby went to talk to Dad.

Dad called the boys together to educate them about income and outgo and savings – it seemed the right time. (Bobby had a big brother called George and Dad included him) Dad gave the boys a collective savings bank (his first mistake) and entrusted the bank to George’s care; after all he was the oldest and he was tall enough to reach to put the box on top of the closet. (Dad’s second mistake)

There was one small problem that neither Bobby nor Dad figured into the equation; George was into Pokeman Cards and his obsession had quickly got him outspending his own allowance.  George unlike Bobby and Goldy was not a producer, he was a gambler. Are you surprised that he began to steal from the box?

As time went along it got hotter; summer is the best of all times to sell lemonade. The little entrepreneurs decided they needed a canopy. Bobby asked to get the savings-box down and was devastated to find that it was empty. What were they to do? They really needed that canopy! It was hot.

George whined that he had always intended to pay the money back; he suggested that Dad step in and make it right and buy the canopy for Bobby, after all Dad didn’t want to see his little brother suffer, right? George’s strongest argument (which Dad bought), was that Bobby wouldn’t have been able to do the Pokeman investing by himself, so he was really trying to help him. I mean what did Bobby know about Pokeman?  He was always out there making lemonade and Goldy was now also baking. George knew a man who knew a man who said they were going to close the stand down because the kids didn’t have a licence.

Should George sell all the cards, he wasn’t sure how much he could get for them now?

Bobby didn’t want silly cards, he wanted a canopy, a canopy to give him and Goldy and his customers good shade in the summer for his lemonade stall; a local enterprise that the whole, local neighborhood agreed was a gem, was a neighborhood thriving business.

Unfortunately Dad backed George, buying into the theory that might is right.

Dad was also intimidated by the bureaucrat, clipboard in hand who had come to call.

Dad did promise to buy Bobby a canopy for Christmas, but it was too little, too late. It would be cold for a lemonade stand in December, no canopy would be needed.  And maybe, after all long before then, the city would close down the best lemonade stand in the neighborhood.

This is how two enthusiastic and enterprising entrepreneurs bit the dust.

Of course they could still work their lemonade stand without a canopy, that is until the nearby bakery persuaded the authorities that they were stealing his business.

“What?” said Bobby.

“Regulations are designed to protect established businesses that pay taxes,” said Dad.

“Duh?”

The lemonade stand continued for a brief while for it was still popular but it wasn’t the same. Then the city closed them down.

Neither Bobby, nor Goldy would ever recover from the betrayal after trust. It would stay with them and limit them as entrepreneurs for the rest of their lives.

**********

mom&PopPurists argue that we should let the big banks be forced into bankruptcy for that is how a free market system works. The American voter thinks this banking danger has gone away, but all that has happened is that it has been swept under a dirty carpet that is still big banking today.

It all comes back to a good law deliberately wiped out for banking greed and one inept President who lacked any kind of personal integrity.

 ***********

Bobby said to his Dad, “I think I will put my money in a real bank next time.”

Oh yeah?

Until the banks get their act together not such a good idea Bobby?

Understanding the “Tooth Fairy” AKA Central Banking

Are those who have ineptly managed Centralized Banking, planning to now break the piggy bank?

Broken Piggy bank coins everywhere

The N.W.O. which includes Centralized Banking tried to stop the Donald in the primaries, AND THEY FAILED.They tried to shore up their rotten system by foisting puppet Hillary on us all AND THAT FAILED. I suspect they have tried to assassinate the Donald AND THAT HAS FAILED (yet the dead bodies pile up BUT ON THE LEFT, that is except for Roger Stone who survived) They tried to stop the Donald in the Electoral College and THAT FAILED; start a war with Russia to distract us AND THAT FAILED; overrun America with refugees and illegal immigrants AND THAT FAILED. Rothschild predicted a stock market crash in the latter half of 2016 THAT ALSO FAILED AND the stock market went up.

BIG QUESTION: Were these INAUGURATION DAY protests & violent riots, the build up of an immigrant army in Chicago, Oakland, and on the southern border an attempted coup? Well friends, THAT TOO HAS FAILED.

If nothing else we get to realize that the enemies of America are inept and ineffective

The Constitutional Republic still stands if a bit wobbly.

In talking to CPAC Mike Pence said “As long as America stays good, America will be great.” So true. It is vital that Trump follow through on his Drain the Swamp.

Realize that there is a spiritual component to the Trump campaign. Collective prayer played a big part in his success. Standing tall with him are Black Pastors, Christian Evangelicals, and even those who follow a pure Judaism. Amazing power here.

So lets analyze the Trump strengths and weaknesses.

Strengths

  • Trump ushers in a new culture of productivity where his ability to work hard & smartly sets a bright, new example.
  • His cabinet is a chosen team of hard and smart workers.  Their professionalism contrasts with the past Obama appointees. Rex Tillerson is out of the top drawer. It is a definite plus that the people Trump has selected to play this game with him; are clean and strong, except possibly Tom Price (Health Care) who has a proven record of “insider trading”
  • Trump’s  special advisers are special: While Jared Kushner and Ivanka have leaned LEFT, their good intentions and their ability are without question. If they choose to study our heritage with Larry Arnn of Hillsdale College they will move from good to exceptional.  Steve Bannon brings a razor sharp political analysis to the table, while Kellyanne Conway has style, grace and a big, big heart.
  • Trump is keeping his promises; jobs are coming back to America.
  • He has enlisted the support of law enforcement and the military who love him. This is the strongest military in the world. It is unlikely the enemies of Trump or the USA will be able to lure them away or turn them against him.

Weaknesses:

Contrived Recession:
recessions

  • Standing together we can handle any financial threat, AS LONG AS WE ARE ABLE TO TACKLE IT one small bite at a time and are given time to get our house in order.
  • “America First” endangers the N.W.O.  On the other hand it also scares them. They may well come round to supporting a leader in the U.S. A. who can make order out of the chaos they have created.  They may even be willing to sacrifice thier man on the ground, George Soros; not nice people these. (Kissinger’s meetings with Putin, Trump & Jared Kushner seem to give credence to this possibility. Trump is dealing from strength. Here are the Key Players of the One World Order (In order of importance)
1: Lord Jacob de Rothschild. 2: His son Nathaniel. 3: Baron David de Rothschild 4: Sir Evelyn de Rothschild 5: David Rockefeller 6: Henry Kissinger 7: George Soros 8: Lloyd Blankfein
(Note: Jacob is 80 years old, Evelyn is 85 and Kissinger is 90; crusty old white men as the LEFT would like to call them!!!)
  • Two forces will play out one against each other during Trump’s first term: i.e. Our confidence in Trump’s leadership vs. the bad consequences from a century of bad money-management, the evidence of which we see everywhere around us.  As long as Trump is able to keep us believing, we are going to come through. He needs to buy himself and us the time to FIX America. Money is an idea backed by confidence.
  • America is a bankrupt country; therefore the appropriate rules to follow in handling the problem are the bankruptcy rules. Trump understands these and knows how to turn a bad situation around, and bring in a recovery.
  • The catastrophic consequences of the Clinton/Gramm deregulation and a failure to drain the swamp and restructure banking set us up for the crash of 2008. NOTE: Banking should be organized to reward productivity. Then Obama pulled it together with sticky tape, but he, too, failed to drain the swamp and/or restructure the banking industry. The outcome: RIGHT NOW there are even more too big to fail banks. and a derivative bubble that is about to pop.
  •  Did McConnell (found taking bribes for TPA)  and Paul Ryan (found taking bribes for Puerto Rico) choose Tom Price with proven ‘insider trading” transgressions.   Bad choice. (The good news is there is an outstanding candidate in the wings. Dr. Rand Paul has an integrity that cannot be challenged.)
  • Mnuchin on Treasury is an unknown. It is not clear if he is clean enough, or strong enough to face the challenges that are coming straight at him. His ties to Goldman Sachs are questionable. Pity Carl Icahn didn’t accept the Treasury appointment.  Good that he has joined the Trump team if not as Treasury. He is still the best choice for Treasury.

So what should be our part in this?

To protect ourselves on the financial front, it behooves us to look closely at some money fundamentals:

I remember the excitement of losing my first tooth as a child. My hardworking teacher- father made a big thing about it. He used this experience to teach me about money. I was to give up my shining, white tooth to a tooth fairy who would give me in return, something valuable. It was to be a simple transaction.  I give tooth. Fairy gives coin or note. As my father explained it to me – This is all about a fair exchange. Seemed good to me.

Have we lost sight of this fair exchange on which our systems & economy should be built?

Sadly the Tooth Fairy is not omnipotent, the State is not all powerful. You ask, can the Government, or the Federal Reserve or the Tooth Fairy not print just as much money as they want? You can read more about how the Federal Reserve works and the basics of our USA economy at “More about the Tooth Fairy.”

There are those among us who believe the Federal Reserve & the Federal Government (the Tooth Fairy) exist to take care of all of us, but actually that is not what they are supposed to be doing. We sometimes forget that first we have to give something valuable to the community (AKA the social contract)  This work & exchange of product happens first and then in an honest and well regulated society we reap the rewards in direct proportion to what we give.

The problem, since 1913 banking privatized profits; but the losses have been legally socialized. You can read more about how it was all set up at Creature from Jekyll Island.

The FED has been around for over a 100 years, and not once has there been a full  audit of the Federal Reserve.  Somewhere lost in the middle of all this complexity is a shiny white tooth which we shall call the productivity of all good Americans.

(A debt-based financial system is unsustainable, because it creates debt bubbles and the next one going to pop will be derivatives. And this may be what they will try to blame on Donald Trump)

Trump is squarely and solidly for the shiny white tooth. He understands productivity. He also understands the enormous waste that has occurred during the last eight years. So it is not all bad, I do believe that by draining the banking swamp, and reorganizing the system, there will be a better way.

Is there anything we can do about it? Of course there is.

To fix the money in America we need a system based on true and fair exchange. One tooth , one shiny coin. We want to concentrate more on  how we make the shiny tooth, which stands for the productivity of all good Americans; your own productivity and what you give to others.

We have the right to exchange our true production for legal tender.

losing a toothWe need to get the banks to clean up their act and to stop stealing from us. We owe this to our children.

Understanding Political Lies

We will never win if we allow other interests to subvert & divide us

Definition of black propaganda – with lies and innuendo seeking to falsify perception, or to create a false reality to justify a criminal act.

“derogatory information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view.”

My research shows NO evidence to support Russia successfully influencing the American elections.  The LEFT lost because they chose an inept and crooked candidate, Wikileaks exposed the DNC corruption. Assange has said his source was NOT Russian.

trump-russia

So what do we know?

  • That Russia is and will always be an opponent.
  • That the Russian bureacrocracy still embraces a bully mentality
  • Putin has led Russia away from communism; that being friends with Russia may well be to our advantage in dealing with the communist China.
  • That Putin supports Christianity, says he likes the moral code.
  • That Putin expelled Soros from Russia
  • That Soros was/is Obama’s puppet master
  • That Soros, Obama & HIllary are globalists; Jacob Rothchild says”Donald Trump endangers the New World Order”
  • That Putin opposes the global NWO and has cut the Russian economy free of centralized banking.
  • That Obama can’t see the dangers inherent in communism; he is fine on the workers of America paying for welfare in the inner cities, and handouts to  poorer world countries. (Saul Alinsky)
  • That George Soros has had extensive (covert) connections to communistic/ and oppressive dictatorial regimes which goes back many years.
  • That the Syrian war was ILLEGAL, was never declared by Congress.
  • That Assad may not be the bad guy in Syria; reports that he is beloved of his people. Is this why globalists have been unable to unseat him as they have with other dictators in the Middle East?
  • That the rebels causing atrocities in Syria are set up and funded by Saudi Arabia, supported and armed by Obama & Clinton.
  • That ISIS was created & armed on Obama’s watch. Clinton laundered the money from Saudi Arabia and Qatar for their guns etc. through the Clinton Foundation.
  • That Obama’s CIA has been openly baiting Putin, said it was Putin broke the cease fire when in fact it was the USA. Obama’s CIA has openly said they want a war with Putin.
  • This all culminates in Lame-duck Obama going rogue and signing an executive order to expel 72 Russian diplomats; a clear act of aggression. The big outpoint here is an American President who for some time has been acting like a king. This is not how we operate in America.

How lame is this? If it were not so dangerous it would be laughable.

CNN, WaPo, Times, have come out in support of this false narrative. In this they all show ignorance of the constitution. Sadly, if MSM does not wise up and learn “why” the “Might is Right” bully ideology has been rejected by America, they are on their way out. They can try to fight it with the false Fake News, but again let me say, sadly, it is too little too late.

That we have this much turmoil as we go into the Inauguration, shows that and our Press has been subverted.

Things are never quite the way they seem.

poplular-vote

Here is another false narrative.  America is a constitutional Republic and Donald Trump is our president elect, so the popular vote is irrelevant. Where it becomes important is when half of the population don’t see this, and buy into “the injustice of it all”. They just do not understand the electoral college. It is questionable if Donald Trump even lost the Popular Vote.

We are a constitutional republic so that we can agree to disagree and sort out our differences by an election every four years.  This lets the people force accountability in on their elected representatives. This is a good system that makes for a smooth transfer of power after a failed regime, it is what makes America different from all the other corrupt Banana Republics. Problems with the system only arise when the population is uneducated and/or third party special interests intervene, for it is they who plant the wedges. They deliberately divide us in order to rule us. We are after all first and foremost Americans, and have much in common one with another, but those dividing us are first and foremost globalists who exploit us and do not have our better interests at heart.

How we are controlled
The press is very adept at putting a spin on things.  Political consultants aim to “smear” the opponent and sadly the press (guardians of the truth) are letting them get away with it  Elections have been won or lost on just how well the opponent is being mis-defined.  The art of the attack ad was created by GOP Karl Rove in daddy-bush days, but perfected in 2008 & 2012 by the Democrats. The attack ad gives too much power to special interests. Trump is himself guilty of the personal attack and when he goes for an opponent he is brilliant at moving in on a weakness.  There is a big difference though, Trump has some honor, he will ONLY attack after he himself is first attacked.

Definition of black propaganda – with lies and innuendo seeking to destroy another’s reputation.  Dr Ben has faulty memory, Trump is Hitler, Trump is anti-women, Trump is too-much-for women, Trump is racialist, Trump is anti-Muslim, Lying Ted, Low Energy Jeb, Crooked Hillary. These labels are GENERALITIES and like all GENERALITIES the clever voter spots that they are partly or largely FALSE.

Sadly the lies are persisting even after the election. We know Donald Trump is not anti-women for he has appointed more women to cabinet positions than any other president before him.  I suspect he is not even anti- Muslim or anti Latino, he is anti-war, anti-lawless & criminal behavior. He does believe, though in always dealing from strength.

I repeat, quite simply he is anti lawlessness and the lawless LEFT will come to find this out.  As America gets to know him, the lies recoil on those who profit from the unrest and the hidden agenda, he will #DTS (Drain the Swamp)

 About Big, Bad Banking
Ex President Jimmy Carter called America an oligarchy with unlimited bribery. Definition of oligarchy: a government in which a small group of elites, exercises control for corrupt and selfish purposes.  (Merriam Webster)

The international socialist cabal operating behind the scenes in the White House, the corrupt crony capitalists working through K Street, and the ever growing bigger Banking Oligarchies working with and through the FED, are in 2016 running scared because (so far) they cannot bribe Donald Trump. They got to Bernie Sanders and they brought him down. Banking corruption been around a long time but is still alive today as proven by the fact that Congress still refuses to pass Rand Paul’s “Audit the Fed” legislation. Sad. Like the FED is the CIA owned by global interests?

“The few who understand the system, will either be so interested from its profits or so dependent on its favors, that there will be no opposition from that class.” . . . “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws.” – Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild, 1744-1812

Donald Trump breaks up the relationship between BIG money, BIG business and BIG government. We love him for this but he is hated by the elites because they cannot buy him.

Much of the noise and lots of of the trouble in politics is coming from the BIG multi billion donors or secretive PACs, and political consultants and banking Casinos, with the risk of Banks getting too Big to Fail Again..

About the Globalists (Bilderbergers)
The elites have enjoyed an unfair advantage throughout the industrial age. Unfortunately they now tend to think that this is the natural order. For decades they have been able to buy political candidates and politicians. And as for those in power, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts.absolutely.

This election is not about the Elephants vs the Donkeys it is about “We the People”, honest grassroots movements, vs the Establishment in a climate where the establishment has for far too long SECRETLY rigged the rules of the game in favor of their own dirty privilege.

The new game of 2016 is the Globalists vs Patriots; pick your team.

In Conclusion:
Be savvy, double check your facts, be suspicious of those who stir up controversy, look for the ugly generalities, understand the corrupt economics of the situation and restudy, as I am now doing – the Constitution to give yourself an anchor and to get in your own political basics.

NOTE: The press is reporting on the people who have the courage to stand up to lead us. How badly in these bad times do we need good people to lead us but they so badly want to tear them down.

I don’t think Donald Trump is going to crumble.

Understanding the Unrest after the 2016 Election

A few of us knew that Trump was going to be the next President; and how did we know this? We read his books and studied his record and realized that when Trump decides something, that is the way it is going to be. America rejected Global, Sharia Law and American Marxism when we elected Trump. America also rejected the progressive mantra that “might is right” in favor of “rule of law” and “balance of power”. We assumed the responsibility to learn our heritage. Not all have taken the time.

The good news is that the opposition is now out of the closet. Some of the opposition is innocuous, uninformed with mere ideological differences. This is fine, our system allows for differences.  Unfortunately, there are still many on the LEFT that cannot believe that the majority in America actually wants to keep our Constitution, our Civilized Culture and our Religious Liberty; sorry folks the popular vote false narrative is propaganda: doesn’t hold water when you look at the real numbers.

Clear evidence that after the election “the Resistance” is being orchestrated by Obama and funded by SOROS – sick. This is a clear, corrupt assault on our form government, our culture and our heritage. This swamp WILL be drained.

shadow-gvt

So far there has been no civil war and there won’t be if ALL in America wake up and see clearly that the real problem is those who seek to divide and rule us. At heart we are ALL Americans with a tradition of liberty, and LEFT or RIGHT we love our country.  We could have lost it but that Trump won the election. Trump’s strength of mind and self-confidence will stand us in good stead in the troubled times that still lie ahead. He also has a firm grip on what has been a rocky transition of power; because of foreign interference it has been more rocky than usual. Acceptance from the LEFT will come, but it may come slowly.  Donald Trump is and will serve out eight years, as the 45th President.

So why all the noisy upset?

One: Drain the Swamp

There were/are a lot of people who were supporting Hillary, who now stand to lose an unfair advantage or privilege.

Let us just name a few of the #DTS (Drain the Swamp) situations:

  • Sanctuary Cities
  • Welfare programs like “meals for wheels” being used by the corrupt organizers running these programs for crony-ism or other things.
  • Federal Money given to EPA used for political advantage or protecting the silly “smelt in California” while central California tasked with feeding the nation, turns into a dust bowl. Gallons of water were being dumped into the sea. Trump’s first EPA action was to fix the water in Flint.  The altered importance of the EPA is legend.
  • Illegal immigrants and Refugees living off the public dole when some of our children are starving and our veterans are struggling.
  • Those planning and rigging the vote counting machines to falsify election results.
  • Those gaming the legislative process
  • Teachers protected by seniority and not judged on their performance. This is where we see the strong objections to Betsy de Vos, will end the public school monopoly.
  • Government workers insisting on high wages and demanding high benefits, but failing the public they serve.
  • Those in high office like Clinton betraying her public trust, taking bribes (bribes laundered through the Clinton Foundation)
  • Those in high office like Clinton choosing to set up her records on a public server (SO THAT HER EMAILS COULD NEVER BE SOUGHT BY JUDICIAL WATCH ON A FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST) Thanks to Wikileaks we found out what she and those in high office in the Democrats were so desperate to hide.
  • Lots of little bureaucrats raking it in on the side.
  • Main Stream Media owned by Global Interests and engaged in bias and slander, actively STIRRING THE POT
  • Big Pharma making a killing from Government patents and regulations that protect their unfair monopoly – why can’t we buy our drugs in Canada or Mexico? Why can’t HMOs compete across state lines? Why all this government protection?
  • Farmers getting subsidies long out of date
  • Investors like George SOROS using arcane investing rules to  profit from an economic decline. (Then they use their new found wealth and power to actively do our country in)
  • People on welfare now having to learn a trade and begin to support self and family and the nation.
  • Abortion clinics relying on public funding. I am in favor of women’s choice but there is something wrong with taxpayer funding for abortion clinics.
  • “Bad Hombres” pushing drugs into America.  The states where most drugs go are where we find the loudest protests (sad) .
    mexican-drug-infilitration
  • Monsanto (GMO) permitted by Clinton to hide what they are doing to poison our food.
  • And finally there is all the foreign $$$$ donated to the Clinton Foundation expecting favors after she was to become President. (Pay for Play)
  • Then there are the neocons trying to stir up a war with Russia.  Clear evidence that Trump is being demonized, but Putin even more so.  McCain and Lindsay Graham (both funded by Soros) were recently in the Ukraine and what were they doing there? They were seen stirring up the rebels. Is this good American behavior? Good Americans don’t pursue imperial goals, and we don’t meddle in the affairs of other countries. Such is unconstitutional.

Lots of crooked, unhappy people.

Two: American Marxism
The unrest (by observation) is not spontaneous. We will never win in America if we allow other interests to subvert & divide us. It can only happen if we do not wake up and see what is happening.

Definition of black propaganda – with lies and innuendo seeking to falsify perception, or to create a false reality to justify a criminal act.

We know that this uprising is orchestrated because the demonstrators follow the same style book in every city, not just in America, proving a global strategy. Protesters shout slogans and pretend to have the moral high ground. LOL. When has “might is right”; use of force to enact a political agenda been “high moral ground”?  Good people follow the constitution and accept the peaceful transfer of power. Good people go out to work, support themselves, their family and they understand our heritage and support our nation.

The organized protesters who are not good people, shout obscenities, start fires, destroy property, get violent and assault people; these are tactics employed in times past by Stalin and Lenin.  We have to sadly conclude, that while it seemed we won the cold war, the evil went underground and the war against fascism and socialism is still raging, fostered by the LEFT who do not understand our constitutional republic.

Sadly, Marxists have been subverting our educational institutions and our youth during the terms of the last four presidents, all who favored the NWO.  It takes but a generation to steal a nation. It is in the Education for this is a war of ideas.
The organizers of the riots are trying to persuade observers to feel that, even though the violence is obnoxious, these protest actions are justified by the “virtue of their cause”  The tactic is known in war playbooks (Saul Allinsky) as ‘virtue signaling’.

What we are clearly up against is a network of professional thugs who would go nowhere without the training in subversion from those who wish to divide and rule us, and have lots lots and lots of money and think they have the right to rule the world. Sorry, not in America. And not in Russia. There is increasing evidence that today Putin has seen through the Socialist scam; increasing evidence that like America under Trump, Putin likes the morality of Christianity and stands in strict opposition to Socialism. Russia is not a democratic country as is America, but by research and observation it is also no longer Marxist.

So if not Russia, WHO?  All the evidence points to George SOROS, who has strong ties to the Fabian Socialists and their New World Order and have been working towards this secretive goal for the last century. Makes Sense, right?  Is it not their imperial goals of a world without borders THAT WOULD BE MOST ENDANGERED BY “AMERICA FIRST”.

So while we don’t have war, it is actually war.

They cannot stand Trump. It is an axiom of political warfare that it is not wise to assassinate popular opponents except as a last resort. Instead, it is better to invalidate them in the public mind. A part of this war tactic is to pick a popular target and demonize him, blaming him for the violence.  Is this not what we are seeing with Trump? They picked the wrong man, I don’t think Trump is going to crumble.

“If you want to understand what is going on in America today, just think of the Branch Davidians. If the elites can sufficiently demonize Donald Trump and his supporters as racists or something equally repugnant, then violence against him personally or against his supporters – perhaps even violence against the system itself – will be viewed as justified.”  Need to Know News

Three: The Muslim Brotherhood
Our democratic process was designed to resolve BIG ideological differences. It has kept us away from civil war. It would have done so again were we not subverted and divided by evil within.  There is growing circumstantial evidence of infiltration of the SOROS/Obama/Hillary and the Progressive movement by the Muslim Brotherhood – an orchestrated world movement to change our culture and bring the western world to its knees, under Sharia Law. In part it is payback time for the wars in the middle East brought on by the neocons WHO ARE NOT AMERICA. We are complicit only in that we allowed it to happen. No more.

Note: America is now at #4 on this chart while England at #7.

Note: America is now at #4 on this chart while England at #7.

Those who love Donald Trump see that . . .

  • He has observed that America is in trouble, and he has decided that he is the one to make America Great Again.
  • He has the unique ability to attract honorable and able men to his side. None can challenge the production records of Pence or Ben Carson or their spiritual integrity. That they love him speaks well for Donald Trump.
  • Trump’s political views are still evolving and he is not fixed. He evaluates the situation in front of him, he observes, and then he decides before he acts. He is able TO SEE. He wants to see us safe. He wants to bring back order to America.
  • He is transparent, and tells it like it is. This is likable.
  • He understands finance; and this is something we badly need, it has become beyond vital to fix the failing economy before the next economic bubble pops (derivatives)
  • In the event of an economic or any major catastrophe, Trump is a strong man. In such a bad event we will need strength in a leader.
  • He is sound on Taxes. He asks simplification of the cumbersome and complex income tax code. His plan to lower taxes on the rich is coming under attack, yet what he proposes is fair and a gradient approach to handle income inequality
  • That he only hits back when attacked, yet hits back hard and effectively.

There was a whole thick, entrenched system in Washington which was rigged.  There is also a whole sick culture of moral decay and decline in Hollywood. We begin to understand the opposition to Trump better when we realize just how much money the elites (both global, democratic and republican) stand to lose when Trump exposes the corruption, and their part in it.

To such people who are wary of Trump, I say give him time and space. We all know that electing  an outsider to be President is a big step. One thing to consider though, “Constitutional  Republicanism” is so far superior to “Progressive Democracy” with its “coercive government” that there is really no choice. Let me clarify; In a Republic, government rules only with consent of the governed. In a global or progressive administration “Might is Right” autocratic rule, big brother, and bullying is acceptable.

This “Might is Right” is the corrupt thinking the founders left behind when America first became a nation. And that folks is what was at stake in 2016. We could have lost America.

So where do we go from here? We all come together as Americans, grateful that once again American constitutionalism overcame.

What can you yourself do in your little sphere of interest for it is going to be rocky for awhile, something we all have to go through.  You can spread the truth by tweeting and sharing. Main Stream Media has lost the trust of the people, but your friends trust you.

My father always said in troubled times go back to your roots.   Here is where you should begin: Hillsdale College Course on the Constitution. Then also share your new understanding. WHEN EDUCATED PEOPLE OF GOODWILL OUTNUMBER THE BAD. So much depends on people across the aisle doing their homework, getting honestly informed and coming out in support of the 45th President.

Conclusion
If you truly in your heart believe that Socialism is a better way, we respect that. However as proven by the last election this is not what America wants.

But the EU has embraced socialism. Obama gave us a war with Syria we did not want and then he tried to foist refugees on us (beyond the consent of the people) We have taken in a fair amount before Trump stopped them coming.  Perhaps we are owed a return flow.  So collect together a group of like-minded people and I am sure the EU will welcome you with open arms.  In that way there is more agreement AND EVERYBODY WINS.

I have a dream, and this is that Trump will pattern himself after George Washington with the aggression and the strength to fight for what is right; to stop the evil dividing us, but with the restraint to earn him a true legacy.

Understanding the BIG Picture

by Griping Grandpa

Not everyone realizes how much is at stake in the November 2016 US Presidential election. The purpose of this post is to present the big picture, which should make deciding for whom to vote, much easier.

Things are not always the way they seem, nor have they been going very well. We have a broken system that politicians have not been able to fix.

In this post, as in previous posts, I refer to a Mr. X, a type of person whose goal in life is world domination, regardless of who gets hurt in the process.

If you consider such a person evil and insane, you are right, but unfortunately such people do exist; and they exist in positions of power. Mr. X is not a single person, unfortunately, and because he operates behind the scenes we might point fingers at the wrong person. And Mr. X’s plan has been pursued for centuries, even before a certain Mr. X declared, in 1751, “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws.”

(And finally, using the Mr. X moniker makes this post less likely to be removed by the Internet censors.)

Where We Are Heading

Mr. X’s agenda is to control the world under a single government. This is called the globalist agenda. Opposing this is the populist “Make America Great Again” movement, promoted by the Trump campaign.

One argument for the globalist viewpoint is that it would avoid wars. Unfortunately, that is not true. Mr. X likes wars. Mr. X benefits greatly from wars. By lending both sides of the conflict vast sums of money at interest and with plenty of collateral, he makes fantastic profits. Then, after the war, he scores again by lending money for the rebuilding of what was destroyed in the war. Mr. X also believes that there are too many people in the world and wars help to reduce that number. So, no, do not expect there to be fewer wars under a single world government.

America at WarThe current Obama administration has a globalist agenda and this would continue on the same path if Hillary is elected. This administration also seems to go out of its way to antagonize Russia in preparation for World War III. Not a good idea. A war like that is likely to culminate into a nuclear conflict, which could end up killing all human life on this planet and possibly all animal and plant life as well. Nuclear radiation can take centuries to reduce to safe levels.

America has had more than its fair share of wars. Under the hidden hand of Mr. X, America has been at war over 90% of the years since its revolutionary war.

For me, a period of peace and prosperity would be a good idea. Trump has been portrayed as a bully, but he is far from that.

Wars don’t benefit anyone, except Mr. X and his helpers, the armaments industry and opportunistic politicians. The people as a whole lose. Many lose their lives or their property. They agree to draconian measures, losing their hard-won freedoms in the process. And of course their tax burden increases as well.

Even if we would not end up in a disastrous war, if Hillary wins, her open border policy will inundate our country with poor people from our South and the Middle East, further increasing our unemployment, our tax burden and our crime rate and further watering down of our culture, with more conflict and more strife.

The Alternative

What Mr. Trump is proposing flies into the teeth of the globalists. That’s why he is fought against so hard. He proposes to control the borders, to restore law and order, to return jobs to the United States and to return the nation to greatness. You may not like him but at least he is not a member of secret societies that rule the world by stealth. If he were, the media would shout it from the roof tops. And best of all he does not need any hand-outs from Mr. X.

Statue of LibertyIn 2016 we have ta chance to choose a successful businessman, funded by mainly by himself, rather than a politician funded by special interests. We have a chance to clean house and to reverse the trend of centuries towards global domination and to bring about some real, positive change.

America’s past has been one of freedom, productivity, prosperity and innovation. Think of our courageous founders like George Washington, Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson. Think of innovators like the Wright Brothers, Edison, Tesla, Ford and Bell. Of course, our country is not perfect and we can overdo our patriotism, but wouldn’t you rather have America lead the world, not by force, but by example than having it join the drab ranks of the Third World?

Understanding Bad Legislation

Dirty Tricks have been used to pass Bad Laws

We have a sound system given us by the founders. And it works but if we don’t find & INVESTIGATE AND PROSECUTE the enemies within, we could be losing America to global oppression.

When we talk of making a law, this is the ideal: One transparent source, one subject, one bill, enough time for politicians to read the bill, enough time for the electorate to weigh in on the bill, a simple up/down vote ON THAT ONE SUBJECT and a two thirds majority where applicable. Could it be simpler? Simple is good.

Sadly this is not how it works in Washington. Do you wonder why Congress has such a low approval rating?

LOL. The Senate has just voted in favor of a continuing resolution, a funding bill for the Federal Government’s spending until Dec. 9.

The only problem is that there was no bill. They were voting on a nothing.

There was no text for this bill, yet the Senate voted 89-7 to proceed to this nonexistent bill. This is a 2016 government spending bill that should have been written and discussed and negotiated and published long before Congress went on vacation.

Congress has the job to make laws but it also has the power to set budgets and thereby control spending. This gives them the means to curb excesses or corruption in the Executive or the Judiciary. The three functions of government should be balanced one against the other. No more.

In Sept 2016 there are two federal excesses Republicans should have been controlling, the Internet handover and secondly the the high cost & ethics of the “Refugee Invasion” Neither was addressed in this the latest McConnell sellout.

If voting on a bill that doesn’t even exist were not so potentially tragic, it would be laughable.

01one bill

The Mitch McConnell-Harry Reid era has witnessed a Senate that is less transparent, where individual members are less aware of their rights, and where there is a growing centralization of power in the leader’s office.

Not okay

McConnell finally produced the bill giving Senators only four days to study it before voting (two of these were weekend days)  Was it planned to slide this through while everybody’s attention was on the first Debate?

Sadly, this is not the first time this irresponsibility has happened.

The Story of Glass-Steagall

Glass Steagall (1933 -1999) was legislation that curbed income inequality. The biggest challenge we face to day is income inequality.

Glass Steagall was repealed right at the end of Bill Clinton’s watch and it has been said that this and the irresponsible deregulation that occurred during the Clinton second term, sewed the seeds for the BIG CRASH of 2008. Robert E. Rubin and Mr. Summers, also culpable for our current economic woes, still maintain strong influence in the Hilary campaign. Neither has been investigated nor prosecuted.

TBTF

Glass- Steagall was designed to limit conflicts of interest and the creation of over bloated banks with questionable assets that in 2016 are again getting too-big-to-fail.

Banks would never have needed the bail-outs, while still being banned by Glass Steagall from underwriting securities. Glass Steagall is a simple law and it forces banks to choose between being a simple lender or an underwriter (brokerage). It is a good law and it worked for half a century.  It could work again today. Derivatives (which were banned by the Glass Steagall) are fast creating the next financial crisis. We have a dangerous situation with even more banks that are too big to fail.

Along with this forming bubble, is the unsustainable debt the quality needed most in the next president of 2016 is a clean slate with regards to finances. Even more than that we need a STRONG president to help us handle any fallout that may occur from what is still a condition laid in by Bill Clinton, his economic advisers and the big banks.

The story of the Federal Reserve

Fed stats

The Federal Reserve Act was enacted on December 23rd 1913 to create the Federal Reserve and the Central Banking System.  It was slipped through Congress while most of the delegates were away on holiday!

How effective has the Federal Reserve been in managing our money?  Statistics show they did turn the economy around in 2008, but that the recovery for main stream has been tepid at best. Small business is still struggling and too many people are living paycheck to paycheck. They can’t blow thier horn on having had much success. Of most concern is this is the USA debt that they have created for our children.

At this point in time, the Fed is an established part of the fabric of our system of money but there should be more oversight.  Significant efforts to get a complete audit of the FED have so far failed. There has been no complete audit of this establishment in the over 100 years of its existence.

They have allowed the market to turn into one giant casino and should be audited and held accountable.

ObamaCare

cost of obamacareIt is still too early to evaluate this expensive Act; so far there have been some good and some bad consequences. We do know though that it is costing the country money. So be it. What we can say with an absolute certainty is that ObamaCare is not a law crafted with legislative integrity.

ObamaCare was passed by democrats; not a single Republican voting for it and there were some legislative shenanigans used to force it through; making it a coercive law.  Is it any wonder that the GOP rage about healthcare is still escalating?

Harry Reid in 2009 was confident he “just” had the 60 votes to get OmbamaCare passed; however according to congressional rules, (like now) such a bill could not originate in the Senate as it is a revenue bill. So Reid went ahead and found an old Senate bill HR3590 (a military housing bill) and stripped the bill of its original language, thereby creating ObamaCare. Huh? You get it. That’s right. ObamaCare began with a confused identity.

There were other problems: The house wanted to make some changes to the bill and the house-amended version was scheduled to go back to the Senate for approval.  Unfortunately in the interim Senator Teddy Kennedy died getting himself replaced by a Republican. Hello! Reid no longer had the votes to get the amended Act approved.

He cut a deal; the House would pass the Senate’s original bill (no changes) and in addition the House would create a new bill that tabled all the desired changes calling it a reconciliation bill. After all who cared about the changes? The bill is so long and complex that nobody was going to read it anyway.

ObamaCare was not created by politicians; it was created by Big Pharma and their lawyers, nothing representative here.  Nothing simple here.

Of course with a Reconciliation Act tagged on, this only further complicated the complex bill.  Note: Such a use of a reconciliation bill is also contrary to congressional rules.

Twice now the Supreme Court has rubber-stamped ObamaCare raising the question, given its blatant illegality, are there any other dirty tricks here in play like blackmail?

None of these above laws could have been passed or been forced on us had there been a true integrity in the legislative process and an ethics body to investigate and make sure our politicians play by the rules.

What the corrupt Senate does not know is that it is a new day and the American citizen is coming to take his country back. This kind of legislating is totally unacceptable. We are expected to follow these bad laws.  So we are going to expect our elected officials to shape up. Minimally they should be carefully studying and understanding all bills before they vote on them. And they need a moral compass when voting.

Let them all be put on notice: We are recording their votes and holding them accountable.

2016 should also be the year when we have the courage to hold our banks accountable, demanding that those who manage our money and our healthcare, do so in the interest of the greater good.

Understanding Trade

Not all Trade Deals are Good for America

With ObamaTrade the devil is in the details, hidden from Congress & the American people

Why does America seek Trade agreements?  We all agree we are better off if we trade with our neighbors, so what is the deal here?   While many Trade deals are good and put America First with ObamaTrade the American Citizen loses out. It is a lot worse than that though, with ObamaTrade America gives up her sovereignty.

This is serious guys. No vote should be cast on this lightly.

This is a Trade Deal destroys our Sovereignty

This is a Trade Deal destroys our Sovereignty

The TPA was sneaked through the Senate at the end of May 2015, and this was largely a matter of timing. It was put through when all eyes were on Rand Paul and his epic filibuster. Despite feeble efforts to inject it with continuing life, Paul forced the Patriot Act to die an ignoble death. This was something good.

However, there was something else happening in the wings? With a lot of bribe money in his back pocket, Obama was hard and fast working the politicians in Congress to get TPA approved.  And he succeeded. TPA is designed to give the President (and his executive branch) the sole authority to negotiate trade treaties and and in the face of this, Congress becomes almost irrelevant. Not a good scene, the imbalance between the Legislature, the Judiciary and the Executive was already out of whack, and this just made it even worse.

unconstitutionalA lot of money went into getting TPA passed; paid for by the U.S. Business Coalition for TPP. Donors to the Coalition were Goldman Sachs, followed closely by Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and members of the military industrial complex, which included GE, Halliburton and Northrop Grumman. The Coalition bought Senate support for $1,148,971 being given as bribes to senators, an average of $19,673.28 for Republicans and $9,689.23 for Democrats.

TPA was enacted to ensure fast passage TPP, otherwise called ObamaTrade.

Does this tell you anything?

What congressional rights did Congress give up with the passage of TPA?

Congress gave up the power to write legislation, the power to amend legislation, the power to fully examine legislation, the power to predict and investigate the consequences to a specific bill.  In addition Congress gave up the chance to keep debate open until cloture. Most of all Congress gave up the constitutional requirement that Trade-treaties can only be approved  by a full two-thirds vote.

Both Presidential candidates have said they will disapprove ObamaTrade (TPP) However this is a global play, and Clinton if anything, is a global candidate who was for TPP before she was against it.  Still . . .

Obama is back with even more (I suspect) Global bribe money He wants to get TPP approved during the lame duck session. So in order to be sure to get presidential approval he has to get it signed WHILE HE IS STILL PRESIDENT. What better time than around the holidays after all the excitement of the election when nobody is looking. He is still calling the shots, yet nobody is seeing it like that, he has legal power. Expect another titillating controversy to absorb our protest and attention while he sneaks it through.

Why would this would be a disaster?

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is not TPA, that now a done deal. It is a complex and convoluted legislation that has been shrouded in secrecy. Few of the Congressmen who will finally have to ratify it, have even read it.

TPP (ObamaTrade) is a trade agreement among twelve Pacific Rim countries. The finalized proposal was signed on 4 February 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand, concluding seven years of negotiations. However IT IS NOT LAW UNTIL RATIFIED BY CONGRESS in an up down vote which now only has to get a 50% majority.

Donald Trump says, there are good and bad Trade Deals. and this is one abomination. How so? With this new trading block we have something akin to the EU set up, with a bureaucratic stranglehold on true free Trade. True free trade is good, but this is not that.

There is a lot in ObamaTrade that has nothing whatsoever to do with trade:

  1. Strong patent protection rules for Big Pharma. This increases cost of medications globally, putting a burden on the global poor
  2. Changes to the USA copyright law. Under the TPP, copyright terms for individuals would go from life of the author plus 50 years to life of the author plus 70 years.
  3. Worst of all are the International-Investor Tribunals. There are provisions that grant foreign investors the right to sue governments on the basis of vague and broad obligations regarding loss of “expected” profits. Such suits would not be decided by judges appointed for life in the American courts which subordinate to the Constitution. Where special interests appoint both the judge and the jury we can expect arbitrary justice.Let me give an example. It seems Goldman Sachs may have had a part in the crash of the Greek economy (done with currency finagling) So let’s just say the Greek people wake up and elect a new government.  They are good people and want to follow rule of law.

inijustrice

So they investigate the situation and yes they think there are financial crimes. They are quite sure there are financial crimes. They sue

Any chance of them winning? Wake up to the real world, now dominated by TPP. The court finds for Goldman Sachs, after all did they not lose profits?

So we are about to subject our jurisprudence to tribunals appointed by the corporate oligarchies. Might is right and there will be no justice. America has been snookered into losing her sovereignty.

You see Obama Trade operates ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION. With this transfer of authority legislators give up their god given right to do their job as defined by the constitution.

Sadly there is an unhealthy imbalance between the Executive, the Legislature and the Judiciary; ObamaTrade makes this far worse.

jobsAnd finally jobs, jobs, jobs  which just happens to be our weakest area. TPP like NAFTA & TAFTA will steal jobs from good Americans.

Yes Donald Trump, there are good deals and bad deals and this one is an abomination.

 Where to from Here?

So what really happened when TPA was railroaded through the Senate when nobody was looking? Did we lose our country? And what of the everyday citizens and taxpayers of America? Do we still have any of the rights left given us in the Constitution?

The people of America do not like the TPP; polls show this clearly. RINOs beware.  Polls show an overwhelming majority oppose TPP and they are out there on Social Media howling their outrage. Politicians who support TPP should wake up and smell the coffee and vote their conscience and for America and not for their back pocket.

Polls or voting won’t defeat TPP; it’s too far along. It is only if we stand together to oppose this assault on our constitution, our heritage and our rights; if we stand up and speak out, and get right in the face of power, will the people be able to overcome TPP’s plutocracy.

These words were spoken by the Libertarian candidate in Politics IOU ( the Election that Spooked the Elites)

Am I unique in that I expect the press to inform me honestly? Am I unique in that I expect the press to be champions of the first amendment?

Their propitiation to the SOROS/OBAMA/CLINTON camp reminds me of a rotten apple coated in treacle, distasteful.

If that were all but it is not, but now it is getting even worse. COERCION HAS ENTERED IN. Have we just survived a SOROS orchestrated coup? Lots of evidence that the Inauguration protests were orchestrated. Hello, riots on the border, and all around the world? That the tentacles of evil penetrate so far and so deep is of concern.

What has also concerned voters (but not the Press) is that if we don’t agree with the LIBERAL mindset, we can lose a job, be roughed up, (especially on college campuses) or even dead. Strong circumstantial evidence that alt-right investigative journalist & author, Roger Stone was poisoned. Celebs thinking of performing at Trump’s Inauguration are also getting death threats. Far too many death threats against our new President & VP. This is a president elected by the people.

Is this the old free America?

And saddest of all is that the PRESS IS FAILING TO CALL THEM OUT ON THIS.
And sadder even, Justice (CIA, FBI, DOJ) has been aboard, forwarding false political narratives.  What Americans found out in 2016 is that there was a  deliberate effort to divide. What Trump taught us is that we are all Americans. The MSM reporters need to wake up and see that the people have won America’s third crisis and that the Progressive Age is done.

Hello fellow Americans, we have far more in common one with another, than we are different. This is the message the Press should put out.  Then the Press should speak out LOUD & CLEAR to the rich and powerful telling them that it is a new age in America and the world, and henceforth, there will be no government without the consent of the people.

If MSM wants to survive they should be getting all reporters to study the American Constitution.

For as the people discover Trump’s positive attributes, the Press slander is boomeranging back on them.

The LEFT has created a new moral code; they think if you hold a different viewpoint you are bad. This is un-american.

Before you were good if you worked hard, went to Church, raised a good family and got ahead. NO more. Now you are seen as bad  if you stand for something that challenges the status quo and/or the corrupt elites. The LEFT is trying to thrust a new moral code on America and no performer and no reporter and no student dare like or help the outsider. Like the kings of old “Might is Right.” and oppression has entered in.

This is America folks. We can agree to freely disagree, or dare we?

It is called MONOPOLY. Jimmy Carter recently said that we are ruled by global oligarchies and now the press is also owned.

owned

““In March, 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder interest, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in the newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press….They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of 25 of the greatest papers. “An agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit information regarding the questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies, and other things of national and international nature considered vital to the interests of the purchasers.”- Oscar Callaway, U.S. Congressman, 1917

We still have a relatively free Social Media but for how long? King Obama gave away USA control of the Internet? I think Social Media has evolved too far for it to become monopolized by the global elite.

About Bad Banking
The seeds for the crash of 2008 were sown at the end of Bill Clinton’s watch and this was a turning point. An inept president, corrupt banks a corrupt narrative and corrupt authorities. Hillary denies this. What cannot be denied is that she is in bed with the big banks.

The country is still reeling from the consequences of the 2008 banking crisis when the American taxpayer money was used to not only bail out inept and inefficient and corrupt American banks & investment houses, but also insult to injury, the American taxpayer even paid out the foreign, European banks. Did you know about this illegal stealing, American taxpayer? The news has been strangely silent.  The consequences are yet to hit us in inflation.

Politics should be about electing good leaders to represent us. Now a corrupt press works with bad political consultant’s to try to “smear” the candidates rather than to present an honest track record and/or ability.

Ben Carson admits politics is a dirty game, and that Trump, himself, is guilty. However, when Trump goes for an opponent, he has the ability to ferret out a genuine (often personal) weakness.  Trump will ONLY attack after he himself is first attacked; there is some honor there. Nor does he lie; he does not slide down into the rotten treacle of black propaganda.

Definition of black propaganda – with lies and innuendo seeking to destroy another’s reputation.  Dr Ben has faulty memory, Trump is anti-women, Trump is racialist, Trump is anti-Muslim, these slurs are just not true; but being made true by being repeated over and over in an unworthy press-political attack.

Crooked people are drawn to a crooked leader and it seems the press is happy to go along.

The Clinton Cabal Campaign was about Power, not about improving conditions for ALL THE PEOPLE.  The Obama years was about using the idle poor to enrich the idle rich. That stops right now. No more benefits for the idle poor benefiting the idle rich as they continue to steal from the hardworking man in the middle. This is what the press should be investigating and reporting on. The press should be investigating and pulling this scam apart. If all the people in the one percent were truly productive it would be a great world. But that is not the way it is. More than half have earned their wealth by corruption and keep their wealth by corruption; i.e. by political favor. That stops with a Trump presidency.

It is good to differentiate between the idle rich and the productive rich. The productive rich make a true contribution to the greater good. The idle rich prey on the people. Into what class idle or productive, can we place Hillary?  She (with poor production record) fits the classic definition of “idle rich” Is she a freeloader? She left the White House poor (stealing the furniture) but is now worth 31.3 million dollars.

The connection between Obama, Hillary and Saul Alinsky should also be noted:  (Hillary’s thesis at University was done on the work of Saul Alinsky) .

Alinsky’s radical rules are a simplification of Lenin’s plan for conquest of the world. In Lenin’s writings “we the people” are seen as “Useful Idiots” to be scammed, manipulated and used.

01orwell

Here is Alinsky’s advice to the elite oligarchies and crooked politicians TO HELP THEM KEEP THEIR DIRTY AND UNFAIR PRIVILEGE.

  1. Class Warfare: Divide the people into the wealthy & the poor, and all other factions. Pit one faction against the other. Easier to keep the people down, if you keep them busy fighting each other.
  2. Religion: Religion brings with it a Moral Code that is at best awkward for the crooked elite, and at worst dangerous. Elites MUST remove God from all things public.
  3. Education – take control of what people listen to or watch or read. Also take control of the Education agenda; what children are taught will define our future.
  4. Welfare – take control of all aspects of welfare – if the people are beholden to the State they will be too afraid of losing their livelihood to revolt.
  5. Gun Control – you have to remove the ability of the people to defend themselves against an oppressive government.
  6. Increase Debt – in this way you can increase taxation, poverty and fear.
  7. Poverty – Increase poverty – poor people are far easier to control
  8. Healthcare – Control Healthcare and you control the people
  9. In the war of political PR, pick a target, freeze it, personalize and polarize it. This is what they succeeded in doing to Romney in 2012, and what the Hillary consultants are now trying to do to Donald Trump.

All past efforts to mis-define Trump have failed. It is a new day for Main Stream Media and I am not sure if all will survive the new presidency. They tried every which way to STOP him and failed, and now it is curving back in on them.

The Trump movement is too good, too big and too strong AND THE PEOPLE HAVE HIS BACK.

ben

Don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be anybody’s “useful idiot”

So wise up and get your political data from trusted sources, not the cowering media or crooked Hillary or phony Obama, both in love with Alinsky.

Let us agree to turn off our TVs until the media wises up, SET UP BETTER INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROLS, and the Press goes searching for the truth.

The International Bankers–famous quotes about international bankers

Trump University

. . .  from Pat Buchanan

justiceBefore the lynching of The Donald proceeds, what exactly was it he said about that Hispanic judge?

Stated succinctly, Donald Trump said U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is presiding over a class-action suit against Trump University, is sticking it to him. And the judge’s bias is likely rooted in the fact that he is of Mexican descent.

Can there be any defense of a statement so horrific?

Just this. First, Trump has a perfect right to be angry about the judge’s rulings and to question his motives. Second, there are grounds for believing Trump is right.

On May 27, Curiel, at the request of The Washington Post, made public plaintiff accusations against Trump University — that the whole thing was a scam. The Post, which Bob Woodward tells us has 20 reporters digging for dirt in Trump’s past, had a field day.

And who is Curiel?

An appointee of President Obama, he has for years been associated with the La Raza Lawyers Association of San Diego, which supports pro-illegal immigrant organizations.

Set aside the folly of letting Clinton surrogates like the Post distract him from the message he should be delivering, what did Trump do to be smeared by a bipartisan media mob as a “racist”?

He attacked the independence of the judiciary, we are told.

But Presidents Jefferson and Jackson attacked the Supreme Court, and FDR, fed up with New Deal programs being struck down, tried to “pack the court” by raising the number of justices to 15 if necessary.

Abraham Lincoln leveled “that eminent tribunal” in his first inaugural, and once considered arresting Chief Justice Roger Taney.

The conservative movement was propelled by attacks on the Warren Court. In the ’50s and ’60s, “Impeach Earl Warren!” was plastered on billboards and bumper stickers all across God’s country.

The judiciary is independent, but that does not mean that federal judges are exempt from the same robust criticism as presidents or members of Congress.

Obama himself attacked the Citizens United decision in a State of the Union address, with the justices sitting right in front of him.

But Trump’s real hanging offense was that he brought up the judge’s ancestry, as the son of Mexican immigrants, implying that he was something of a judicial version of Univision’s Jorge Ramos.
justice bias

Apparently, it is now not only politically incorrect, but, in Newt Gingrich’s term, “inexcusable,” to bring up the religious, racial or ethnic background of a judge, or suggest this might influence his actions on the bench.
But these things matter.

Does Newt think that when LBJ appointed Thurgood Marshall, ex-head of the NAACP, to the Supreme Court, he did not think Marshall would bring his unique experience as a black man and civil rights leader to the bench?

Surely, that was among the reasons Marshall was appointed.

When Obama named Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court, a woman of Puerto Rican descent who went through college on affirmative action scholarships, did Obama think this would not influence her decision when it came to whether or not to abolish affirmative action?

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” Sotomayor said in a speech at Berkeley law school and in other forums.

Translation: Ethnicity matters, and my Latina background helps guide my decisions.

All of us are products of our family, faith, race and ethnic group. And the suggestion in these attacks on Trump that judges and justices always rise about such irrelevant considerations, and decide solely on the merits, is naive nonsense.

There are reasons why defense lawyers seek “changes of venue” and avoid the courtrooms of “hanging judges.”

When Obama reflexively called Sgt. Crowley “stupid” after Crowley’s 2009 encounter with that black professor at Harvard, and said of Trayvon Martin, “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon,” was he not speaking as an African-American, as well as a president?

Pressed by John Dickerson on CBS, Trump said it’s “possible” a Muslim judge might be biased against him as well.

Another “inexcusable” outrage.

But does anyone think that if Obama appointed a Muslim to the Supreme Court, the LGBT community would not be demanding of all Democratic Senators that they receive assurances that the Muslim judge’s religious views on homosexuality would never affect his court decisions, before they voted to put him on the bench?

When Richard Nixon appointed Judge Clement Haynsworth to the Supreme Court, it was partly because he was a distinguished jurist of South Carolina ancestry. And the Democrats who tore Haynsworth to pieces did so because they feared he would not repudiate his Southern heritage and any and all ideas and beliefs associated with it.

To many liberals, all white Southern males are citizens under eternal suspicion of being racists.

The most depressing thing about this episode is to see Republicans rushing to stomp on Trump, to show the left how well they have mastered their liberal catechism.

Note from Grandma Thunder:

All men of good will MUST become aware of the danger of a porous border. Those seeking racial equality (a good thing) at the same time are unwilling to see that this is not about race, this is about control and legality.  Such politically correct politicians deny the danger to America of radical Islam, and the danger of  gang think (rape and violence and drugs) from South of our border. No not all Latinos are bad, nor ar all Muslims bad but until we are able to differentiate better, the only way to protect ourselves is to control the illegality, putting us all at risk.

powderkeg

Because of the escalating terrorism we have every right to demand checkpoints at both physical and financial borders around the USA.

This effort to take Trump down is betraying the better interests of all Americans, he is the one on our side.

As American citizens we should carefully look at what is right, what is wrong here. Then ask yourself what is right and what is wrong about America? Is this important in the light of all that has to be fixed in America or has this court case  become a nasty distraction from the big job at hand.

Lastly is it not crazy that the left and Main Steam Media is trying to make Trump guilty of fraud?

Recognize we are looking here at the right and wrongs of trading value for value.  Giving something for nothing can be seen as fraud. So often I find HRC & cronies attacking Trump on the very sins they themselves harbor: I ask you (in the light of fraud) to examine the FED,  the Clinton Foundation, and all of the Goldman Sucks investment advisers who are backing Hillary because she has promised Banking as Usual, and corrupt Politics as Usual. This court is trying to tear down the one man trying to bring back order and rule of law with intent to make America Great Again.

An honest judge would see the better interests of America and throw out this nasty case. Is it not sad that not everyone wants to climb out of poverty. In education you can take a horse to water but not force him to drink. If it is proven that even some of the students got the data, and got results, this case cannot be legally prosecuted.

Sorry to the students who felt cheated that they didn’t become the rich Donald Trump (with no smarts and no effort on their part)

The Right and the Left see money, business, and for that matter good and bad differently.  There is a different moral compass. This is defined beautifully in the works of Robert Kyosoki. Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Some of the students (I hope) it will be proven, grabbed the data and climbed up.

Quote for the Week

I know people who are losing their jobs or their houses, and they blame technology or the economy or their boss.
Sadly they fail to realize that they might be the problem.

Will the Debates influence the Election Outcome?

It seems to us that Main Stream Media has forgotten we have a country in trouble and this is the time for all men of good will to work together to turn it around and fix it up.

Genuine emotion, is it a factor in an election?

Although not reported thus by MSM, Hillary lost the first debate because she was supercilious, smug and took her campaign down into the gutter.  Small minded Lester Holt must also be held accountable for wasting our time on trivia; beauty queens and the silly birther issue long ago settled. I am speaking on behalf of independents and new voters.

Our Future

    Our Future

Breaking news: Hillary Clinton is taking no responsibility for the plight of millennials.

I quote from Breitbart News: “Some are new to politics completely. They’re children of the Great Recession. And they are living in their parents’ basement,” Clinton adds. “They feel they got their education and the jobs that are available to them are not at all what they envisioned for themselves. And they don’t see much of a future.”

She continues, “If you’re feeling like you’re consigned to, you know, being a barista, or you know, some other job that doesn’t pay a lot, and doesn’t have some other ladder of opportunity attached to it, then the idea that maybe, just maybe, you could be part of a political revolution is pretty appealing.”

Of course what is omitted is Bill’s complicity in the Crash of 2008, and her own support of the Iraq war. These are the two events that stole away the opportunity and future from the New Millennials.

Examine these mind blowing facts

Ben Carson, Donald Trump and on the other side of the aisle, Bernie Sanders are for the people, and intend to create a more equitable society for all.

 About Bad Lobbying:

corporate greed

About Bad Banking

Ex President Jimmy Carter called America an oligarchy with unlimited bribery. Definition of oligarchy: a government in which a small group of elites, exercises control for corrupt and selfish purposes.  (Merriam Webster)

The international socialist cabal operating behind the scenes in the White House, and the corrupt crony capitalists working on K Street, and the Banking Oligarchies working with the FED, are NOW running scared because it seems they fear they cannot bribe Trump and Carson or Sanders or bring them to heel.

third partyFor a decade or more they have persuaded conservatives to NOT increase taxes on the banking class; never tax the rich. That is true, but only if you are talking about the productive rich. There is a significant difference between facilitating production (making things) and the casino-like profits made by banksters and investors. There has been much concern about the dwindling middle class. This inequity won’t be handled until the economic “rules of the game” no longer unfairly benefit bankers and investors.

What would happen to the Global Elites if Bernie were able to redistribute the wealth of the one percent? What would happen to them if Trump were able to stop up these corrupt laws that protect their rigged privilege?

Bernie favors taxing the rich to provide for free education, and free healthcare for all. This little man is gutsy, honest and he cares for the American voter – just one glitch in his plan. Thanks to the Digital Revolution the rich now take and hide their wealth in little hidden pockets all over the globe; in places far outside the jurisdiction of the IRS. Trump calls on the “investor class” to account for their unfair share of the assets in the economy. Trump understands they do not exchange value for value and he has promised to undo their false privilege. He will reform Wall Street.

There is a real simple FIX to both the housing stress and the Student loan crisis:
CONGRESS MUST CANCEL BANKING COMPOUND INTEREST and we need a president who would sign this reform legislation.  No chance for that to happen if Clinton is president – she favors the elite (banksters) over we the people.  But with Trump who like Bernie is not beholden to the banking crowd there is hope. Bernie tried, he tried hard but he failed. We have to wonder what they have on him.

What is the difference between these two candidates?

  • Bernie feels for the Latinos Trump concerned about taxes and the  economy, while wants to send back home illegal Latinos.
  • Bernie wants to tax the rich and fund good things like education. Nice but what is the point if no jobs after graduation?
  • Trump wants to reform Wall Street and BRING BACK JOB OPPORTUNITY.
Trump is more focused on an economic recovery

How interesting it would have been to have debate BETWEEN TWO HONEST CANDIDATES EACH WITH TRUE FOLLOWING (Bernie said would need an enormous arena – right)  Both Trump and Bernie stand for something and both have a true following.  Both have a true moral compass and both genuinely want to fix Wall Street. Both care about America and Americans and the future. Both are focused on education. On the other side of the aisle we have the globalists

Do you wonder why globalists are so desperate to have crooked Hillary elected? Do you see why it would be such a bad idea?

Over the last half century the corrupt corporate and banking spoils have been enormous, especially in 2008 when the banks, and the auto industry were bailed out. The FED even used American taxpayer money to bail out foreign banks.  And what has been the consequence? The big banks are now bigger than ever before. The American taxpayer is at much or more at risk NOW than 2008 after eight years of Obama. Neither Hillary nor phony Obama have a good production record.

Obama's legacy

The attack on Ben Carson (before he dropped out) is interesting. Ben Carson came out and said clearly in one debate that HE WOULD NOT BAIL OUT THE BANKS. Since Ben Carson joined Trump, his influence is now even bigger. Ben Carson is Black and being successful in the GOP, calls the “racist” lie. How can Donald Trump use Ben Carson as one of his main advisers, and he is black? No Trump is not a racist, ample proof to the contrary.

Do you see what we are really talking about here a whole lot of money up for grabs. We are also talking about an elite corporate industry, an international pharmaceutical industry and banking industries with no moral compass. And one more point when talking NWO, Soros’s hand in world affairs may be unknown to some. He is best known for manipulating the overthrow of Slobadan Milosivicin 2000, the “Rose Revolution” of 2003 and the 2006 push of Turkey into Sharia law. He works with paid agitators at political rallies. Go figure?

Bernie’s weakness was his connection to Soros, th violence of Black Lives Matter.  and Moveon.Org funded by Soros rejected by most millennials.

Many Americans do not know about the secretive New World Order but they are waking up. Hillary is a very secretive person. You have to realize that she was carefully chosen by the elites to be president in 2016. According to (Open Secrets Blog) she promised Goldman Sachs, banking as usual. Is this why she won’t release the transcripts of her speeches?

As we move from spring into the summer of 2016, the gloves are finally off. Obama and Bill and Hillary are openly talking New World Order, an order with no constitution or balance of power and not grounded in any kind of moral code. All indications are it will be coercive. At every turn these global elites fight our first and second constitutional amendments. They are using the simple and genuine progressives to do their dirty deeds.

There will be no end to the attack on Trump & even Ben Carson in the media until they crumble and creep back into the mold, and until we all slide back into poverty.

Bernie is gone. They would not even let his signs be displayed at the Democratic Convention. They put up “white sound boxes” to make sure there were no Bernie protesters giving the wrong message. By selecting Tim Kaine Hillary signaled to the Bernie crowd reforming Wall Street is not a part of her agenda. Axelrod is now part of CNN a donor for the Hillary campaign. So much for the objectivity of the press.

They won’t cease their ugly attacks until the Global elites, the Democratic Elites, and the GOP Elites get back the comfort of banking as usual and politics as usual.

If Hillary wins there will be more income inequality.

If Trump wins there is just a small chance there will be an economic recovery.

Political Secrets

Corruption cannot survive if the light of day is shone on it

unconstitutionalAs corruption breaks up and it breaks away, it is a noisy process.

For almost a century and especially in the new digital age big bad corporations have gamed the system. How do we fix this, we force in transparency.

Coercive government, religion or healthcare is WRONG.

Stealing from the working class of America to pay for an unfair corporate, banking, government or global privilege is WRONG

America supports freedom of religion; good religions aim to enhance NOT to dominate. Justifying the use of force in religion (as in radical Islam & Sharia Law) is WRONG

It is only when our laws enable such coercive thinking that they, too become wrong.

The biggest force for freedom is the Internet. The Internet has remained FREE because it has operated in the USA under the Bill of Rights. Here in the USA freedom of speech is guaranteed. This is not the case in most of the other countries in the world. Thanks to what has been a free and open Internet we have been able to drain the swamp in this new age.  The people when they KNOW will not tolerate corruption.  So we can say that King Obama had no MORAL right to abdicate on the control of the Internet as this truly rests with we the American people.

Two things drive change: the ideas of man and new technological breakthroughs. Make America Great Again may not seem to be a new idea; given what has been politically correct to think and say over the last 25 years has been the New World Order. Whether he wins or not, Donald Trump will be changing “Business as Usual” and “Banking as Usual”, and shaking up the corruption in America.

In living memory there have been three civilizing waves: the Agricultural, the Industrial and now the Digital-Electronic Wave. The changes we now experience are fast and furious and are akin to a gigantic wave that is descending on us.  It is because of this that we need new leaders, men of vision who can help us to see where we are going. It is in times like this that we need a simple formula to sort it all out. There is such a formula and it is this:

EVIL SURVIVES IN SECRECY, CORRUPTION CANNOT THRIVE WHEN THE LIGHT OF DAY IS SHONE ON IT.

It takes men of courage and honesty to stand firm and hold a true course as we let go of the old corrupt order. It is such men of courage that we need to seek out and support in this next election.

Imagine a powerful sea, with large waves breaking. The force of each new wave is met by the force of the prior wave receding. At the place where the two waves meet, their force is broken into a thousand swirling eddies. Is this not what our society is experiencing right now?.

It is not the first time two powerful civilizing waves have met and wreaked havoc on society. It was the force of the Industrial Revolution that undid the old agricultural order of Kings and the Aristocrats. The difference was that in those days it was easy to see unfair advantage and inevitable that justice and fair play would eventually overcome. The world was smaller but even then the changes brought by the new industrial wave fighting an entrenched corrupt agricultural order wreaked havoc on the world. The French Revolution was ugly.

As the Industrial wave now meets the Digital Wave, the Digital Revolution has taken us global.

Now the the conflict is both bigger and more subtle. This is because in the industrial order it is easy for bad men to hide because of the split between the consumer and the producer. Those taking advantage have learned to steal from both producer and consumer and they have perfected the art of hiding in the middle.  When men do not act to serve the greatest good, their activities MUST be conducted in SECRECY.

Those who have bad secrets are running scared and we can know them by their efforts to hide their acts and to curb transparency.

As the corrupt industrial and financial model crumbles, it is actually possible to create a better culture, maybe even a golden age. This may be hard to see as the water swirls around us and the banking and corporate and military and political powers fight to maintain an income inequality that will upend our culture.

To come through we are going to have to have a willingness to refresh our lives, to let go of the old and to embrace the new.  This is the decision that each voter faces in 2016. First and foremost we MUST get the Internet back under American control, and subject to constitutional protections.

Sadly the Industrial Order could well be replaced by something far worse than what we now have, the signs of decline are already out there. We see the diabolic ideas of Saul Allinsky manifesting in America; having been secretly introduced to usurp our traditions of freedom.

What we are doing is riding the digital wave on the cusp, and it is almost ready to tip over.  We can ride and command this new electronic wave, keep it free and use it to create a far better system – or we can let it crash and engulf us.

We can fail to take action, fail to elect the right new leaders and we can let the electronics that drives this new wave be used by the entrenched establishment to undo our working system of government in the USA and replace it with a global governance driven by ugly secrets and dark money.

How do we fight back?

It all begins and ends with a STRONG AND COLLECTIVE demand for TRANSPARENCY.

01 transparancyThis is not something not a one of us should get reasonable about.

The truth is that we dare not fail to bring in positive reform in 2016, for if we do how will our world look?

  • The elites will continue to enjoy more and more opulence. There will be scarcity by design – all in our best interests, of course.
  • In a new super-regulated society we will find a high ratio of cops (AKA Security Officers) to every working man. They are there to protect us, of course.
  • We will begin to pay a Local Tax, a City Tax, a State Tax, a National Tax, a Federal Tax and a World Tax. This new tax is going to be introduced gradually but it will grow and grow. There will be no representation, of course.
  • The idle rich and the idle poor, both parasitic on society, will continue to collaborate to steal the fruits of the labor of the producers. There will be no fair exchange with producers of course.
  • There will be the appearance of democracy but the election process will be manipulated. There will be no freedom of course
  • The elites will be there by divine right and it will behoove us to support them, of course.
  • The one percent rich will grow richer and the ninety nine percent will grow poorer of course.
  • The free internet will become a distant memory of a better age.

The high cost of illegal immigration

This problem has yet to be solved.

900 teachers just got laid off from the Los Angeles Unified School District.

The following by an English teacher helps to explain one area that looms large over California’s educational crisis.

FROM A CALIFORNIA SCHOOL TEACHER – – –
“As you listen to the news about the student protests over illegal immigration, there are some things that you should be aware of:

kid crying

I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large Southern California high school which is designated a Title 1 school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and income levels. Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park , etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.

Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I’m not talking a glass of milk and a roll — but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make the Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK!)

I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have cell phones. The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids

I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America

I have had to intervene several times for young substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less than 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them putas (whores ) and throwing things, that the teachers were in tears.

To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.

Americans, We need to wake up!

The problem here is a all about culture: A third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15, and that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about “political correctness” that we don’t have the will to put in proper control.

BUSINESS DOESN’T WANT TO PAY A DECENT WAGE.

CONSUMERS DON’T WANT EXPENSIVE PRODUCE.

GOVERNMENT WILL TELL YOU, “AMERICANS DON’T WANT THE JOBS.”

But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase “cheap labor” is a myth, a farce, and a lie. There is no such thing as “cheap labor.” Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $5.00 or $6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return, he gets an “earned income credit” of up to $3,200 free.

HE QUALIFIES FOR SECTION 8 HOUSING AND SUBSIDIZED RENT.

HE QUALIFIES FOR FOOD STAMPS.

HE QUALIFIES FOR FREE (NO DEDUCTIBLE), NO CO-PAY) HEALTH CARE.

HIS CHILDREN GET FREE BREAKFASTS AND LUNCHES AT SCHOOL.

HE REQUIRES BILINGUAL TEACHERS AND BOOKS.

HE QUALIFIES FOR RELIEF FROM HIGH ENERGY BILLS.

IF THEY ARE OR BECOME AGED, BLIND OR DISABLED, THEY QUALIFY FOR SSI.

ONCE QUALIFIED FOR SSI THEY CAN QUALIFY FOR MEDICARE.

TAXPAYERS PROVIDE SPANISH LANGUAGE SIGNS, BULLETINS AND PRINTED MATERIAL.

THEN ALSO WE NEED TO PAY FOR CLEAN-UP OF THE GRAFFITI AND THE TRASH CLEANUP.

HE AND HIS FAMILY RECEIVE THE EQUIVALENT OF $20.00 TO $30.00/HOUR IN BENEFITS.

WORKING AMERICANS ARE LUCKY TO HAVE $5.00 OR $6.00/HOUR LEFT AFTER PAYING ALL OF THEIR BILLS AND HIS.

CHEAP LABOR?  YEAH RIGHT!  WAKE UP PEOPLE!

                   Quote for the Week

Secure our borders first. Let us know and let us make sure the American people know that we’re taking care of the important business of dealing with the illegal immigration into this country. You cannot begin to address the concerns of the people who are already here unless and until you have made certain that no more are coming in behind them.

Illegal Immigration 2015

Latinos are the fastest growing ethnic group in USA and 17% of these are undocumented workers.

Latinos increasing their numbers

Illegal immigration has become a part in the power struggle between the Democrats and the GOP,  THERE IS MUCH RIGHT AND WRONG on both sides of the aisle which makes it difficult to reach a workable solution.

Legal is as Legal does

We tend to think that anybody of Hispanic descent and living in America, is an immigrant (either legal or illegal) but the truth is that over half of the Latinos in America are natural-born Americans; that is born in America to parents who were themselves born in America. Such are fully legal.  Then there are also those born in America to illegal immigrants also pronounced legal, but this is questionable.

According to a paper written in 2005 by P.A. Madison, Former Research Fellow in Constitutional Studies such children would not be legal. Anchor babies are not constitutional. The lower courts have upheld that any child born on American soil is a citizen of the United States of America. (Fourteenth Amendment)  Madison presents contrary constitutional evidence citing Sen.Jacob M. Howard (MI) who framed the amendment in 1866 and clarified the difference between “jurisdiction” and “limits”.  Born under the jurisdiction is different from born on American soil (limits)  Children born to parents not subject to the jurisdiction of America because they are themselves foreigners are to also be declared foreigners and are not automatically accepted into the body of our citizenry. Common sense? You bet.

Birthright citizenship has not yet been challenged in the Supreme Court and when it is there could be a radical change to that graph above.

I have a question for you; would Latinos come to America given the enormous risk and cost of crossing the border illegally, were there no big advantages to coming?

Graph showing undocumented spread.

California Benefits
Why are there more illegal immigrants in California?  Why do 49% of children born to undocumented workers reside in California?  California unlike other states provides a low-cost auto insurance program for unauthorized immigrants who as of January 2, 2014, are now finally able to get driver’s licenses.  Illegals in California are now also eligible for a DREAM loan program to the University of California and the California State University systems. As for minors who face deportation, they are granted 3 million each for legal representation in California. All paid for by the Taxpayer of course.

Food stamps
Illegal immigrants can get food stamps on behalf of their eligible kids in all states – without having to disclose their immigration status, according to documents uncovered by Judicial Watch.   The food-stamps offer is spelled out in a Spanish language flyer provided by the United States Department of Agriculture to the Mexican Embassy.

Health Care
Most undocumented immigrants are uninsured. They are not officially eligible to participate in ObamaCare – given no subsidies to purchase health insurance. They also cannot sign up for Medicaid. Many do not seek medical treatment until it is urgent, putting a strain on hospital emergency services for which they are rarely able to pay. The Center for Immigration Studies puts the total for uninsured undocumented immigrants around $4.3 billion per year

However you should know that ObamaCare does not check the legal status of those applying for the benefit. Right now there is not much to stop illegals from signing up for ObamaCare and getting the benefits.

Education
2014 wiped out the provisions of Prop 187 adopted by California voters 20 years ago. The measure prohibited education, doctor visits, and other public services to undocumented workers and their children. Most of Prop 187 provisions were found to be unconstitutional. (Sic)

Graph shoving high school drop-outs

Conclusion

There are Legal Latinos who have risen to make big contributions to America, like Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. Even among the illegals we should not generalize, lots of good people. In 2013, the median length of residence for unauthorized immigrants in the United States was 13 years and 45% of these own their own home and pay property tax. 62 percent of undocumented immigrants have lived in the United States for 10 years or longer. That said, we cannot deny that we have a major situation here. If we point fingers we shouldn’t point at immigrants but rather at those in public office who have allowed this situation to develop and to continue.   We look at those officials running Sanctuary Cities and we have to take a good, hard look at the Courts.

Is it not time to frame an Illegal Immigration law that is both compassionate and fair and constitutional, a law where everybody wins? We have to reward production and hard work.  We have to control the lawless elements coming across our borders. We have to correct our courts. If we use our imagination, our innovation and our resources I am sure that there are solutions that we will all find workable.

Joke: If all else fails we can invade Mexico and give the country to California to fix up and straighten out. If done right the flow across the border will begin to go the other way. Mexico is a beautiful country.

 Quote for the Week

Our nation stands at the crossroads of liberty. Crushing national debt, rampart illegal immigration, insane business regulations and staggering national unemployment are pushing our nation into unchartered territory.  James Lankford.

Can Bill Clinton fix small business for Hillary?

Small business just happens to be the largest employer in America. Wipe out small business and you destroy jobs.

When he was president Bill Clinton understood this; but that was then and now is now. After eight years of Obama, small business has been all but destroyed by regulations, banking corruption and global priorities.

The seeds for the 2008 crash were actually sown on Bill Clinton’s watch, an inept president who didn’t really understand, and his greedy banking cronies who took advantage. Bernie Sanders pushed to get this fixed with Glass Steagall. However, now that Clinton has chosen Tim Kaine over Elizabeth Warren as her VP, is it likely she will follow through on this very needed banking correction?

To Regulate or not to Regulate; that is the question . . .

Wells Fargo: Another major banking scandal: so what’s new?

robtheworld

The economy got turned around after the 2008 crash, but the Wells Fargo scandal shows us that while the danger was handled in 2008 (taxpayer bailouts of both American and Foreign Banks) a Federal Reserve in bed with Obama, saved the system, but they failed to fix the problem.

Hillary is propitiating the corrupt banking Industry. Hillary is the establishment candidate.

2008 halved the value of many homes and if Americans were able to keep their houses it was a small miracle. Many walked away from the biggest investment of their lifetime.  Now, paying sometimes exorbitant rents, to foreign owner capitalists in a global world, our Moms & Pops live from paycheck to paycheck. Their kids, having lost jobs to India, China and Mexico, are being forced to move back in with them.

Note well: It was the crash of 2008 that brought on the income inequality that is now destroying our culture?

A little background on Glass Steagall: bringing this back has has been included in the GOP platform.

Today we see that banking corruptIon still exists. We can hope that Wells Fargo will become the head on a pike and corrupt bankers will be put on notice that they commit crimes, they get locked away. Don’t hold your breath with a Hillary presidency. She will protect the corrupt justice department and the numbers tell us she is in bed with the industry.,

We should learn from our past mistakes.

1933 the evidence of banking corruption was irrefutable: After the then ethics investigation, it was found that BANKING & BROKERING WAS A POISONOUS MARRIAGE.

TBTF

Hillary is making noises to placate the Bernie voters, but once in power can we trust her? Her banking connections tell us, otherwise! Follow the money.

Is the danger real that we could have another banking crash?  Don’t take my word on it, look at the graph for yourself and check out the numbers.

************

Then read my story so that you, too, understand.

**********

mom&PopWith rumblings that we could again have another banking crash, having the big banks again steal assets from these hardworking little Mom & Pop shop enterprises is not an option. It is totally unacceptable. It is little Mom & Pop enterprises that depend on the banks to keep their meager money safe.

Purists argue that we should let the big banks be forced into bankruptcy for that is how a free market system works. The American voter thinks this banking danger has gone away, but all that has happened is that it has been swept under a dirty carpet that is still big banking today.

It all comes back to a good law deliberately wiped out for banking greed and one inept President who lacked any kind of personal ethics. Do we want his wife to bring back all the same bad laws and advisers? Do we want Hillary to perpetuate banking corruption?

When originally introduced, Glass-Steagall gave banks a year to decide: they could get out of the securities business, and enjoy the benefits of deposit insurance and access to the low-interest credit of the Federal Reserve; or they could choose to be investment banks and brokerage houses, and forego the banking privileges given them by depositors.

It is one or the other, and once again in 2016 it is time for we the people to force the banks to make the choice.

 ***********

Bobby said to his Dad, “I think I will put my money in a real bank next time.”

Oh yeah?

Until the banks get their act together not such a good idea Bobby?

*************

It is true that most regulations are counter productive but there are some like the Glass-Steagall Act that are absolutely vital to our economic prosperity and the stability of our culture. America survived the Great Depression because there was effective ethics investigation, effective reorganization of the banking sector and new, strong policy put in place to make sure t didn’t happen again.

Monkey Business in Politics

With a system so divided can we be sure there is somebody there vouching for the integrity of the voting?

As we get closer to election day, Wikileaks dumps & investigations like Veritas Project show us that we may now have a more basic problem than income inequality or racial discrimination.

A little history:

pretendinvoter fraud doesn't exist.

Obama won the election of 2012 because his share of the Latino votes rose a full 4 points to 71% giving him a full 700,000 plus additional votes from Latinos. This was called a seismic shift in the voting, but the figures didn’t add up, so after the election I decided to do some research.

What got me going was when by sheer chance I happened onto a conversation of four old geyser veterans at the Veteran Hospital in Loma Linda. They swore (laughing so hard they were nearly falling off their chairs)

In 2012 the ELECTION was STOLEN.

“How so?” I asked

“It was bought with food stamps.”

“No?”

They were emphatic that Obama and a swarm of democratic volunteers on the ground paid for by Soros, were spreading the word that, ”You register to vote, vote for Obama and if he wins he will make you, and all your family legal and he may also even give you food stamps,”

“They are broadcasting the message in Spanish in Mexico,” said one gray-haired geyser

I was never able to absolutely prove this last but SLOWLY THE FACTS ARE COMING IN on this basic issue. In many cases like voting twice or assuming a false identity in order to commit voter fraud is a felony.

Using the Freedom of Information Act Judicial Watch has affirmed the food stamp message was in fact going out to Mexico  They have it in writing in Spanish.

In 2013 when I was doing this research there was much circumstantial evidence that the election of 2012 had had no moral oversight, but no hard core evidence that could stand up in a court of law so I dropped it.

This was the circumstantial evidence that I was able to verify.

Democratic benefactor George Soros had refused to fund Super PAC ads (of which he disapproved) but he was willing to give to a massive “boots on the ground” effort to get out the vote. You see, presidents are not only elected by the old, traditional PR war: “How they define themselves vs. how the opposition defines them” In fact, election G.W. Bush & election Obama 2012 were both won by GETTING OUT THE VOTE.

This is a good thing, but where it goes awry is when people not entitled to vote are indeed voting and influencing the result.

G.W. Bush used the Christian Right and the churches to corral the elderly church goers who would not normally turn out to vote. In this way he won.

Obama rounded up the Latino men and women, unable to understand the language or the process, and also unlikely to go to the polling booths had they not been taken there AND TOLD HOW TO VOTE. With no demand for voter ID there was no security these voters were indeed legal.

Easy to justify it for boots on the ground who felt Congress had cheated them by not passing the Gang of Eight legalization bill.  What a mess. It still doesn’t make Obama a legal president if he were elected by voters who were not legal.
01 voterfraud obama

And here ARE SOME MORE FISHY FACTS that I uncovered in 2013:

  1. The Ohio Secretary of State has admitted that multiple Ohio counties have more registered voters than residents.
  2. Federal records show 160 counties in ten states have over 100 percent voter registration.
  3. Twelve Indiana counties have more registered voters than residents.
  4. It has been found that more than 24 million voter registrations are invalid, yet they still remain on the rolls, nation wide.
  5. There are 1.8 million dead citizens that are still on the voter roll
  6. A judge in Texas has just ruled (sic) that voter ID is discriminatory. Do the courts support rule of law?
  7. The fact of the matter is that more than 2.75 million Americans are registered to vote in more than one state.I concluded then at best all I could say was monkey business.

The problem of voter fraud is actually easy to fix if our leaders and the people openly and honestly support a system free of corruption; the American system that gave us prosperity and freedom.

In the constitution each branch of government is given the power to protect itself from excess.  Our democracy is designed so that the people can root out corruption. It is only because UP TILL NOW we have been able to control the corruption that destroys the rest of the world.  Because UP TILL NOW  we have supported a good system, America has been rich in comparison to the rest of the world. But in 2016 there is a good chance these past checks and balances are going away. It is a good country and we built it. We built it because for the most part we had an honest system and honest leaders and rule of law. There is a reason why Mexico is a poor country, and America rich, same continent. The reasons lies in our system of checks and balances.  Legal Latinos are a great asset and they help to build America. I work side by side with many of them. This is not an ethnic problem, it is a problem in illegality and corruption. Turning it into an issue of discrimination is an abuse of our judicial process.

Is it too much to ask that each person voting should be required to produce proof of citizenship and a valid photo ID.

A good 74% Americans support voter ID and even 71 % Latinos are in favor of voter ID. When Jerry Brown in California established the rule of no voting without ID it is suspicious that there was such a great deal of noise about  it. Jerry Brown’s ruling, however, doesn’t go far enough: all illegal immigrants are easily able to get a valid drivers licence or if they do not drive go to DMV for an Identity card. Please, what is the big deal? The past reason for our prosperity is our laws and our constitution. Let us not forget this

Soros was paying for this voter drive and it seems the boots on the ground just want it easy.  Were they paid by the voter? Too much smoke and mirrors. Definitely an area rife for an honest Congressional investigation.

Voters must prove they are legal before being allowed to vote.

But it gets worse, much worse

As we advance to the election of 2016 evidence is surfacing that we may indeed have an even bigger problem. There is a right way and a wrong way to count votes with computers and hello, its just not being done right. On the ground investigations like VERITAS are proving that we cannot place trust in the counting machines, two thirds now owned by the untrustworthy Soros.

So where do we stand, Democrats and Republicans in 2016? It is important to all voters that we are able to trust the vote. It seems it has become suspect because voters are not required to produce a valid ID at the polling booth but also because the counting machines fail to produce an honorable audit trail.  Where does this leave us.  It leaves us with the realization that we have a lot to do to fix up America even before we try to make it great again. We have to restore the integrity of the system.

  • Our choice is “rule of law” OR the “might is right” arbitrary chaos that prevails in third worlds and the forced poverty and crime from down South
  • Our choice is to “fight for our system and heritage” for it is balance of power that polices corruption so that we can all go out and learn a trade and  get to work.
  • Our choice is to sit back, do nothing, accept the false lure of a politically correct, rigged system while we struggle from pay-check to paycheck while our prices go up and up as they always do in all socialistic countries.

Hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evilI think not.
In this election we have to, have to demand voter ID but also verify the accuracy of the voting lists – we have to ensure each person voting is validly here in this country and is legal. I have compassion for the illegal immigrant situation and will fight to get it fair and inclusive & functional, but first lets honor our heritage and do things right.

Each voter MUST produce photo ID to show they are who they say they are. Plain & simple. This is all possible using computers to verify registration and lists.

Having the computers count the votes is efficient, BUT IN THE HANDS OF THOSE WITH NO MORAL COMPASS this can create a rigged result. Sadly the country won’t accept a rigged result.  The people have woken up. This could result in revolution, martial law and /or civil war.  We don’t want this.

The legal consequences to tampering with vote counting machines is not yet clearly spelled out (but should be)  Voter fraud knocks the very foundation of our system and culture.

There should be an independent body overseeing the process. It would only be possible if the post of AG were no longer politicized (appointed)  but we let the AG becomes an elected office. It would filter down into the DOJ and we could have a judicial anchor.

We can start with each voter being willing to offer up a valid ID at the polling booth.

Let’s Get Civilized

A Post By Griping Grandpa

Instead of jumping on the bandwagon of speculating who will become our next President, I would like to use this post to cover a different topic that I feel strongly about.

For thousands, if not millions, of years humans have killed other humans. And it’s not getting any better – we have become more and more efficient at destroying our own kind. As was demonstrated in Hiroshima and Nagasaki during World War II we can wipe out a city with a single bomb. Can we call that progress?

Perhaps wars are unavoidable, but I want to address the insanity of warfare in a future post. Suffice it to say at this time that we should examine who would benefit from wars.

What I want to cover in this post is capital punishment, the death penalty. We can start on the road to civilization by abolishing it. Why? I have many reasons, which do not include a misplaced sympathy for criminals.

Hanging RopeIt is illegal for an individual to kill someone, except in self defense. There are bad guys out there who mean harm and if it’s a matter of “you or him”, you have good reason for it not to be you who bites the dust.

Now, let’s take a man who has been arrested and convicted of murder. He is in custody and the “you or him” no longer applies. He can be locked up in prison for the rest of his life and, with proper security, he will be in no position tot kill again. My position is that it is wrong to kill the guy, because individuals do not have the right to kill, except in self defense and, because a government is made up of individuals, nor does it have that right. Besides, government should set a good example for its citizenry.

Another good reason is that sometimes it happens that someone is falsely convicted. While a prisoner who turns out to be not guilty can be released, you can’t un-execute someone.

Is the prospect of a possible death penalty an effective deterrent to committing the crime? Maybe, but I doubt it. Criminals typically believe they won’t get caught, so they don’t dwell on possible consequences of their actions.

And, if they do consider what may happen, they might well prefer a quick and relatively painless death to spending the rest of their lives in a hostile high security prison.

Then there is the cost aspect. While we might believe the death penalty to be more cost effective than life imprisonment, the opposite is true. Some years ago there was a measure on the California ballot to abolish capital punishment in that state. It was projected that doing so would save the state millions of dollars a year. To my surprise the measure was defeated.

But in my opinion the most compelling argument is that government’s job is to protect life, liberty and property of its people. While the anti-social acts of a criminal can lead to his being locked up, so society can continue to function normally, the deliberate execution of criminals can shake law abiding people’s confidence in their own safety. Government should refrain from barbaric acts and instead, by its example, show responsibility, fairness, honesty, compassion and civilized behavior in general, thus inspiring its people the do the same.
